Last updated 25 October 2026. These terms explain the operating rules for passengers, drivers, and administrators using Bikes Taxi.
Use accurate registration information and keep the mobile number and password secure. One person must not impersonate another passenger, driver, or administrator. Suspicious, abusive, duplicated, or compromised access may be restricted while it is reviewed.
A booking request is an offer to request transport; it is confirmed only when an eligible driver accepts it. Pickup and drop-off details must be accurate enough for safe collection. The service does not guarantee that a driver will be available or that an estimate will match changing traffic and road conditions.
A driver must provide accurate identity, licence, expiry, and vehicle information and must receive administrator approval before going online. Approval does not replace any licence, registration, insurance, helmet, vehicle-safety, or road-law responsibility that applies to the driver.
Drivers must update the trip honestly: accepted, heading to pickup, arrived, passenger on board, and completed at drop-off. Passengers and drivers must not mark a stage early or use another person's account to complete a trip.
The booking screen shows an estimated cash fare based on the available route information. The final permitted fare is recorded when the trip is completed. Any fare disagreement should be reported with the ride details; neither party should use threats, coercion, or unsafe roadside confrontation.
Cancel as early as practical when a trip cannot continue. Repeated false requests, deliberate no-shows, harassment, discrimination, dangerous driving, document fraud, location manipulation, or attempts to interfere with dispatch may lead to suspension.
Passengers may choose a pickup manually without device location permission. Drivers need current location while online and during assigned trips. Nearby vehicle markers are approximate and do not reserve a driver. Share public tracking links only with trusted people; never use trip information to stalk, threaten or harm anyone.
Location choicesOnly currently enabled vehicle categories with confirmed fares can be booked. Check passenger capacity before requesting. Rate completed trips honestly; discounts must not depend on a rating. Private comments are used for service review, not published as testimonials.
Community guidelinesWear legally required safety equipment, follow road rules, and stop the trip if conditions become unsafe. The website is not an emergency-response channel. In an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service first.
Internet, GPS, mapping, routing, Cloudflare, Supabase, device, and road-network interruptions can delay or prevent parts of the service. The interface identifies stale location data where possible, but users must still use direct observation and safe judgement.
Operational rules may be updated as the service, applicable requirements, and safety processes develop. Material changes should be reflected by a new date on this page. Use support for questions or to report a trip.
