These standards apply to passengers and drivers before, during and after every journey.
Use your own account. Drivers must keep identity, licence, registration and vehicle information accurate. Passengers should check the driver and vehicle details before boarding. Never exceed the approved passenger capacity.
Choose a safe meeting point, wear required helmets or seatbelts and follow road rules. Do not drive when impaired or distracted. Stop safely if conditions become unsafe; the app is not an emergency-response service.
Harassment, discrimination, threats, fraud and abusive behaviour are not acceptable. Do not misuse trip links, private contact details or location data. Share a trip only with people you trust.
Mark arrival, trip start and completion only when they happen. Give honest feedback after your completed ride; do not trade ratings for discounts. Use support to report a concern with the trip reference. Accounts can be restricted while safety or misuse concerns are reviewed.
