Review the fare before you request a ride. Pay the completed-trip amount directly to your driver.
The estimate uses a mapped driving route, trip distance, estimated time and your selected vehicle category. If the fare or category changes, the app asks you to review a new quote. A failed fare check does not book a ride or collect money.
The driver records completion and the permitted final cash amount. Any driver discount is recorded with the trip and cannot make the amount negative. Check the amount before paying. Bikes Taxi does not collect card or wallet payments in the app.
Cancel as early as possible from the trip screen if you cannot travel. The system does not automatically collect a digital cancellation fee. Repeated false requests or unsafe conduct can be reviewed by the administrator. Do not cancel in the app while continuing the same ride outside the recorded trip.
Keep the trip reference and contact support about a fare disagreement. Never share your password or resolve a disagreement through threats or unsafe roadside confrontation.
